I'm working towards full web standards compliance, though of course there's always room for improvement.....

The site was built on an Apple Mac using as much CSS as possible, and has been tested on modern versions of the following browsers:

Firefox
Safari
Camino
Opera
and of course, Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE).

Browser Versions
Older versions of some browsers don't necessarily interpret modern web pages properly. It's a struggle to code pages that will work the same everywhere.
Version 6 and below of IE are significantly worse than most, and end up putting things all over the place.

One of these days I'll get around to testing the site on IE 8 and Google Chrome.....

If the browser software you use is an old version, I'd recommend Mozilla's Firefox whether you use a PC or Mac.
Firefox is fully standards-compliant, unlike Microsoft's hugely popular IE.

JavaScript
Some bits of animation on the site use a program language called JavaScript. If you have turned JavaScript OFF on your browser the site still works, but you may miss some of the bells and whistles. So the recommendation is to turn JavaScript ON!
